Outbrief decision was to let Elders run the gate; we need them to have someone available at the meeting (on location or by phone) to understand what we want & to provide input

If you went with a new building, you have no repairs vs. having an old building with repairs

Chief Hatcher: if there’s a coolseal gap, let’s spend $1000 to stop the leaks
